1. Take me seriously because I know what I’m talking about. Don’t treat me like some kid in a day care center. I know my job and I know I do it well and I take pride in what I do.
2. I’m turning 27 in 15 days. I feel old and young at the same time. My definition of really old: 30. I have 3 years. I wanna use my time wisely which brings me to the question, “Am I doing that now in this job?”
3. I read an article called “Why I Told My Daughter to Quit Her Job” last night. And it was soooo spot on, even to the part where the author’s daughter worked as a barista which I have been seriously contemplating. I was tempted to interview one of the baristas last Saturday in the branch I frequent. I have yet to summon the courage.
4. One more month until my trip to the North with a couple of friends. I can’t waaaaait. It’s been so long since I got lost behind my camera.
5. Planning out the year ahead is unnerving. I had put so much pressure on myself to make this year bigger, better, badder than last year that the first few weeks into it, my mind was completely blank save for the question “Now what?”.
